A growth mindset is something that I have always embraced, even before I ever heard of the term. Whether it was through languages, technology, fitness or finance, challenging myself to learn and grow and improve has always motivated me. My love of personal finance gave me the tools to budget and clip coupons while staying home to raise my three children. Reentering the educational field, I began volunteering to help people improve their financial literacy because I saw first hand how your finances could either afford you personal freedom or make difficult decisions for you. Embracing innovation as a Director of Educational Technology, I saw how efficiencies and attention to detail could make huge impacts on a company’s mission. Today I am thrilled to bring that passion for finance and serving others along with my love of technology and exacting standards to help deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
I stress the importance of building your own board of directors, with industry experts in many fields. You don’t need to know every answer in life, but have people at your table who have the expertise that you need. Choosing the right Financial Planner to sit on your own board of directors is key to navigating life’s challenges. Most of all, guiding our clients to sit at the head of their own table, where they become informed and empowered, is missional. As Verisail’s Client Service Administrator, I bring a level of efficiency and attention to detail that ensures our clients’ financial goals are supported at every turn. It is a joy to be able to help others every day, knowing that you are making a difference.
Melinda’s expertise lies at the intersection of technology and client service. With a background in education and administration, she ensures that Verisail’s processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping clients navigate their financial journey with ease.
She enjoys teaching and empowering clients to use financial tools effectively, making their experience with Verisail Partners as intuitive as possible.
In her free time, Melinda enjoys running, playing soccer,learning new languages, traveling, reading, and exploring new technology.

Personal Points of Interest
- I was a young widow at 44 and can speak first hand of the importance of making your ideas of financial planning a very real reality that will shield your family when life happens.
- I remarried in 2024 and my oldest daughter got married in 2025. Talk about the importance of financial planning! I embrace our growing family and love watching my young adult daughters in their careers as a teacher and a nurse. My son is studying economics at my alma mater (Go Dawgs!). Family game nights are still our favorite!
- Beach time and camping trips are becoming more frequent as we transition to life as empty nesters. My husband and I also enjoy gardening and are working to expand our fruit and herb garden to include vegetables as well. I can just picture future grandchildren picking a small but adorable harvest!
- Transfiguration Catholic Church has been our home for many years and refreshes and renews our spirits while strengthening our WHY behind what we do.
