Taylor Stanfill, CFP®
Partner, Financial Advisor
What events led you to this career?
I started my career in commercial real estate. While I enjoyed my job, I wasn’t passionate about it. I wrestled with how to use my strengths to impact people’s lives in a positive way. This led to a career change where I began helping clients with financial planning and investment management. I started at a large company but realized I desired a small company environment where I could help shape the vision and culture. I joined Verisail as the 3rd partner and am excited to spend my career here!
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
Finances can be complicated and stressful, and, therefore, it's easy to put them on the back burner. I enjoy walking alongside my clients to help them understand where they are and how to get where they want to be. Helping my clients experience confidence and peace of mind is extremely rewarding.
Widows, divorcees, musicians / artists, creative entrepreneurs, and business owners.
My wife, Sally, and I live in Roswell, GA. We started dating in high school, and we recently celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. We have 2 daughters, Daye and Finley, who are 6 and 3. The two most important roles I have are being a husband and father.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love to run, be outside, and push myself physically. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family whether it’s working in the yard or relaxing by a bonfire. Traveling is something Sally and I enjoy doing together. Our most memorable trip was climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa (she was unknowingly pregnant with Daye). I love listening to and finding good music. Finally, we are very involved in our church in Roswell.
